Whatever the brief says, someone has to build it.

Interactify is the technical half of an interactive activation. Below is the full range, described by what the visitor actually does rather than by the engine underneath it.

Capabilities

Choosing the format

The right answer is usually the cheapest one that still works.

A headset is not automatically better than a QR code. The format follows the constraint — how many people, how long they have, what is already in the stand build, and what the client needs to walk away with.

  • Big crowd, short dwell? Browser or QR. Everyone plays at once on their own phone.
  • One hero moment for a queue? VR or a large-screen game people gather to watch.
  • Screens already in the build? Touchscreen and kiosk software that uses them.
  • Spectacle from across a hall? Motion and camera interaction on an LED wall.
  • Leads are the point? Registration and capture built into the game flow, not bolted after it.
  • Must run with no network? A Windows build that does not depend on the venue Wi-Fi.

Every build includes

The parts that only matter on the day.

01

Brand integration

Your client’s art direction inside the game, not a logo dropped in a corner. Environment, UI, score presentation and tone.

02

Operator flow

Reset between players, session length, attract loop and a state a host can recover from without calling anyone.

03

Leaderboards & capture

Scores, competition modes and lead capture where the brief calls for them, designed into the flow rather than interrupting it.

04

Device testing

Tested on the hardware being used on site — the actual headset, the actual touchscreen, the phones the audience will bring.

05

Failure states

What happens when the network drops, a player walks away mid-round, or someone puts the headset down in the wrong place.

06

Hand-over

Setup instructions your on-site team can follow, plus support through the run of the show.

Not sure which format the brief needs?

Describe the activation — the space, the audience, the dwell time and the deadline. Recommending the format is part of the job, not a separate engagement.
